
Lapu-lapu with thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients:
1 c. red pepper, salt 1 pc. Egg
4 pcs. Calamansi 2 pcs. Red and green bell pepper
soy sauce 1 pc. carrot
chinese pechay 1 box raisin
banana leaves 1 box mayonnaise
Procedures:
Eviscerate and remove sealer of fish and wash
Season fish with salt, pepper, calamansi, soy sauce and MSG. Marinate for few minutes.
Wrap in banana leaves and steam until cooked.
Arrange in a platter and prepare dressing.
